In 1963 I purchased two Zodiac watches.  A Moon / Calendar for myself and a Woman's Pendant Horoscope Watch for my first wife.  She has since passed it on to our daughter so it is still somewhat "in the family."  I notice you have no pictures or references to this particular option so I am including some pictures to show that they do exist.

Purchase price for the Moon / Calendar was $175 and $75 for the Pendant watch; both new.
